Marble Tile Pitting

Just had carrera marble countertops installed today in our bathrooms.
Marble tile pitting. We have just installed a tuscan style porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. Carrara marble is hard prized crystallized carbonate a metamorphic rock from the carrara region of tuscany. However we did not realize that there would be a large amount of what i believe is called pitting irregular white striping that gives the appearance of. The quarries have a plentiful supply of snow white.
