Marble Rare Cheesecake

Combine cream cheese the 3 4 cup sugar and vanilla extract mixing at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

It is easier to make than the japanese souffle cheesecake. Continue baking 30 additional minutes. Carefully remove side of pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs the 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.
As the name suggests you don t need to bake the cake. Cutting through batters with knife several times for the marble effect. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until set but center of cheesecake still jiggles when moved. Cool at least 2 hours.
